Project description

European Music Incubator is an experimental training program for European emerging musicians. Partnering organizations are working throughout the music value-chain and connecting musicians with five fast growing creative sectors. As a result, musicians will implement their interdisciplinary pilot projects in partners’ countries, with the support of their mentors.

Project objective

Diversification of activities as a keyfactor to diversify revenue streams and to reach a wider audience.

Gained experience

Challenges are good, but if set too high, they may become counterproductive: in our case, the task was to connect experimental musician with the tourism sector, although the outcomes were innovative, we spent an unexpected amount of time to establishing value foundations which this kind of collaboration may be sustainably bulit upon.
