Development Center for Creative Industries
Project description
The goal of the project is to help individuals, through project activities, in creative and entrepreneurial development so that they can monetize their own creative activities. This project will strengthen the creative industries in the region through education, development of human resources, through encouragement of cooperation between project stakeholders, through encouragement of innovation and trough creation of new jobs. The project is focused on three creative industries: sustainable cultural tourism, fashion and design, and crafts. Each of the partners will organize and implement all activities related to the creative sector for which they are in charge.
The educational part of the project will be conceived through three phases:
- education and workshops on entrepreneurship, marketing and finance;
- educations and workshops to help encourage creativity and to generate ideas;
- mobility: each of the partners organizes educations, workshops and practicums from one of the mentioned sectors, which will be held in the partner's country.
In addition to training, participants will participate in fairs and/or exhibitions where they will present their own creative work. The aim of this project is for a minimum of 45 people to be educated in the field of creative industries so that they can apply the acquired knowledge in their creative work, which will help them in their professional development.
